Delirium Red
Just as strong & full-bodied as its sister beers “Tremens” and “Nocturnum” but with a beautiful fruity sweetness from the added cherries & elderberry.
By triple fermenting the beer with three different yeast strains, a unique flavour complexity is reached that offers a perfectly balanced beer with delicate sweetness, mild bitterness & fine hops.

Style: Strong Fruit Ale
Colour: Deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head.
Scent: Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries.
Flavour: Sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer, but can also be well paired with meat or pasta dishes.
Alcohol by volume: 8.5%
